Farhan Sarasin is a music producer, composer, arranger, and pianist hailing from Jakarta, Indonesia. Coming from a classical background, Farhan Sarasin’s musical style flourishes with a hybrid of rich harmonies and cutting-edge electronic sounds. He graduated Summa Cum Laude in Bachelor of Music (Film Scoring and Electronic Producion & Design), at Berklee College of Music, Boston, MA as well as Masters in Music (Scoring for Film, Television, and Games) at Berklee College of Music, Valencia Campus, Spain.
His true creative interest in music production began when he was in middle school, composing tracks while experimenting with computer music programs. He utilizes his craft of piano playing that he has been honing since his childhood to enrich his productions. It brought him to produce broad range of productions ranging from local Indonesian indie bands to various medium such as video games and short films just before he graduated high school.
In addition to music production, Farhan Sarasin is an active pianist/keyboardist, playing wide range of musical styles ranging from jazz, pop, R&B, latin world music involving local and international musician friends both in his hometown and in college.
